Andhra Pradesh Congress president YS Sharmila is criticizing Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy and YCP. YCP leaders are also targeting Sharmila. Criticism is being done as a social media platform. As the elections are approaching in AP, the political developments are changing. At this moment there are allegations that the government has reduced YS Sharmila’s security. The AP Congress leaders accused the YCP government of deliberately reducing Sharmila’s security. The Congress leaders are furious that the security for Sharmila was reduced to 2+2 and then reduced to 1+1.
Recently in the name of the special status, YS Sharmila breathed fire on the BJP at the Centre and the YSRCP in AP. On the other side, the former Minister, TDP senior leader Ayyanna Patrudu made sensational claims that YS Sharmila is having a threat and sought additional security for her. Ayyanna Patrudu also said that the responsibility of protecting her is on the Congress party.
Sharmila demanded 4+4 security and escort vehicle. AICC leader Raghuveera Reddy also requested the DGP to urgently provide 4+4 security and escort vehicle facilities to Sharmila.
AP Congress leaders will meet AICC representatives on 2nd February. Sharmila will brief the national level leaders on the implementation of the promises given during the division of the state and the need for the Center to intervene in the context of the latest political situation in Andhra Pradesh. Sharmila will explain the situation in AP for the last four and a half years to the national leaders. AP Congress leaders will meet opposition leaders including AICC presidents Mallikarjuna Kharge and Sitaram Yechury.
