YSRTP chief YS Sharmila got a huge relief in Nampally court. The court heard the arguments of both sides on the bail petition and granted bail to YS Sharmila. But the court has prescribed some conditions in this regard. Bail was granted with Rs 30 thousand and two sureties. YS Sharmila said that if she wants to go abroad, the permission of the court is necessary. The police arrested Sharmila for assaulting the police. The court remanded her for 14 days. With this, Sharmila filed a bail petition and the court granted bail. YSSharmila, who is currently in Chanchal Guda Women’s Jail, is likely to be released by the evening.
The lawyer for Sharmila said that the police did not follow the rules in the background of Sharmila’s arrest. Sharmila was arrested under 41 CRPC without notice. Police are promoting videos of her attacking the police. But YS Sharmila’s lawyer argued that the videos related to what happened earlier were not shown. But Sharmila is a person who can influence the investigation.
The lawyer on behalf of the police argued that she should not be granted bail. The court heard the arguments of both sides and granted conditional bail to Ys Sharmila.
