YSRTP president Sharmila’s padayatra is going on from Shatapuram in Palakurti mandal. Sharmila’s padayatra will reach Palakurti Square in the afternoon via Thorrur and Lakshminarayanapuram. She criticized Revanth Reddy as the thief found in the vote note. YS Sharmila tasted Neera (palm wine) at Palakurti in the Jangoan district during her padayatra after a request from a toddy worker. During the walk, a toddy tapper approached Sharmila with a pot of palm wine and requested to taste the toddy wine.
YS Sharmila said yes and the visuals of her tasting Tati Kallu are going viral on social media and trending on social media.
She has been actively participating in her padayatra, criticizing the Telangana government for its failures.
YS Sharmila said that she was not in the habit of drinking Tati Kallu but she tasted a little at the request of the toddy worker. After listening to their problems, she promised to deal a big blow to toddy worker as soon as it comes to power.
On the otherside, Sharmila also fired on the chief minister KCR for his remarks against the late YS Rajashekhar Reddy, with respect to irrigation projects. She said “From SRSP to Devadula and Dummugudem to Bheema and Nettampadu. it was YSR who paved way and got 80 % work done. KCR failed to get remaining 20 % work completed.”
