YS Vivekananda Reddy’ daughter YS Sunitha Reddy has filed a petition in the Supreme Court for the interim bail of Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy. The hearing on this petition will be held tomorrow.
The Telangana High Court has ordered the CBI not to arrest Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy till the 25th of this month. To this extent, the Telangana High Court issued an interim order on the 18th of this month. The High Court has clarified that the final judgment will be given on this petition on 25th of this month. It has been said that CBI can interrogate YS Avinash Reddy till 25th of this month.
Former Minister YS Vivekananda Reddy’s daughter Dr Sunitha approached the Supreme Court . YS Sunitha Reddy filed a petition in Supreme Court today against the Telangana High Court verdict. Sunitha’s lawyer requested the Supreme Court to immediately hear the petition in the light of the High Court’s verdict on 25th.
As Telangana High Court will give its final verdict on 25th of this month, the Supreme Court has been asked to hear this petition urgently. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court has announced that the petition will be heard tomorrow.
