YSRC includes professionals in fielding 9 new candidates

Out of the 35 assembly segments in 5 Lok Sabha constituencies, the YSRC has elected 9 new candidates. 3 of them for Lok Sabha, in 5 new districts in erstwhile East and West godavari districts. All these nominated candidates are professionals. For the first time, Lok Sabha member Margani Bharat is contesting from Rajamahendravaram urban assembly segment. While from Amalapuram Lok Sabha constituency, Rapaka Vara Prasada Rao gets nominated.

Vipparthi Venugopal, who has been serving as the Chairman of the Zilla Parishad, is contesting from P Gannavaram. Previously, he worked as superintendent engineer in the irrigation department. Polavaram candidate Tellam Rajyalakshmi is a B.Ed teacher and her husband T Bala Raju is sitting MLA from the constituency. Chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy entrusted the responsibility of his achievement to the Eluru MP, Kotagiri Sridhar.

Pilli Surya Prakash, who is contesting from Ramachandrapauram is the son of Rajya Sabha member Pilli Subhash Chandrabose. The former studied B.Tech. Palakollu candidate G Srihari Gopala Rao studied B.Com and is pursuing business. Peddapuram candidate Davuluri Dorababu is a B.Tech graduate and worked as a software engineer in the US.

Also, Rajamahendravaram Lok Sabha candidate Guduri Srinivasulu is a pulmonologist practising at Diwancheruvu near Rajamahendravaram. The Eluru MP candidate Karumuri Sunil Kumar Yadav, son of civil supplies minister Karumuri Venkata Nageswara Rao, is an MBA graduate who studied abroad. Amalapuram Lok Sabha member Rapaka Vara Prasad did a degree course. Narsapuram Lok Sabha candidate G Uma Bala is a graduate.
