Akhanda collections: Nandamuri Balakrishna and Kanche fame Pragya Jaiswal starrer action drama Akhanda Akhanda is all over the internet. The film helmed by Boyapati Srinu has arrived at the theaters today on 2nd December. The movie had its USA premier on 1st December. Despite being a non-holiday release, the film opened to a thunderous response at the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana theatres. Now according to the latest report, Akhanda has collected $277K at 8:30pm EST from 230 Locations from its USA premier.
Punch dialogues, mass moments, dances, Balakrishna’ performance and elevation scenes are winning the hearts of the movie lovers. The word of mouth is positive, which might now help the action drama pull audiences to the theatres, especially during the first weekend.
Balayya and Boyapati Srinu’ film is receiving a good response from the audiences, and it remains to be seen if it continues its magic for a long period.
Akhanda marks the third collaboration of Boyapati Srinu and Balakrishna after Simha (2010) and Legend (2014). S Thaman is the music composer, C Ram Prasad is the cinematographer and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is the editor.
On the other side, Balakrishna is currently hosting the celebrity talk show Unstoppable with NBK.
