After a gap of six months, SS Rajamouli has resumed the shooting of his upcoming magnum opus, ‘RRR’ amid the coronavirus pandemic. Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt, who is also a part of this much hyped movie RRR, says she is looking forward to joining the team. The lead cast of RRR- Mega Power Star Ram Charan and Jr NTR are back on sets in Ramoji film city, Hyderabad where the pre-Independence era is recreated. According to the latest update, Alia Bhatt will join the sets of RRR in the first week of November.
Sadak 2 actress Alia Bhatt took to her Twitter to share a video that captures all the details of the resumption of filming straight from the location of the shoot. The video also shows how RR team is taking precautions, right from cleaning of the sets to the sanitization process. In the end, the video shows flashes of the lead actors.
Alia Bhatt is paired with Ram Charan and plays Sita. The sources say that Alia Bhatt has been learning the language with a local tutor as she want to dub in Telugu for her character.
Currently Alia Bhatt is working for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi in Mumbai and after wrapping that up, will jump from one era to the next – RRR.
Rajamouli’ big budget film RRR is a pan India film and it is a period drama that narrates a fictional tale of freedom fighters Komaram Bheem and Alluri Seetharamaraju. The film RRR which is being bankrolled by DVV Danayya, is set for release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada alongside several other Indian languages next year.
