Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra was sworn in as the Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court. Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan walked him through the oath of office to Justice Mishra. On getting to the details, Chief Justice Mishra is 57 years old and has served as Chief Justice of Chhattisgarh High Court till now.
During 2009, he was sworn as the judge of Chhattisgarh High Court and further he surpassed Justice Arup Kumar Goswami who has been transferred as the Chief Justice of Chhattisgarh High Court.
On to the swearing ceremony, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, Chief Secretary Sameer Sharma and his other group minister’s including several other judges from the Chhattisgarh and AP High Courts and many high ranking giver officials had attended which was held at the Tummalapalli vari Kshetrayya Kalakshetram in Vijayawada.
On the development or recent reforms, YS Jagan has recently ordered his respective division senior officers to take special care or attention towards women’s health by taking part in the Sweccha programme once in a month.
