The judge recused himself from the hearing on the interim bail petition filed by TDP chief Chandrababu. Judge Jyotirmayi withdrew from the hearing on this petition saying ‘Not Be Four Me’. The High Court has postponed the hearing on this petition to the 30th of this month. The Chief Justice of AP High Court will decide which bench will hear this petition.

The vacation bench of AP High Court started the hearing on the interim bail petition filed by Chandrababu today. Judge Jyotirmayi who came to the bench announced that not be four me. However, Chandrababu’s lawyers requested not to postpone the hearing on this petition. The judge announced that the hearing on this petition will be adjourned to the 30th of this month. High Court Judge Jyotirmayi said that her orders are not an obstacle to alternative ways. On the other hand, the judge ordered the High Court Registry to take steps regarding the transfer of the hearing on this petition to another bench.

A petition was filed in the AP High Court to grant bail to Chandrababu in the AP Skill Development case. At the same time as the hearing on this petition, Chandrababu requested the High Court to grant interim bail for 15 days due to health reasons. At this time, since the Dussehra holidays of the AP High Court, the lawyers of Chandrababu asked the High Court to transfer this petition to the vacation bench. The AP High Court agreed to this. Meanwhile, AP CID’s lawyer Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy argued that Chandrababu should not be granted bail.
