Bandi Sanjay Kumar has been granted bail. Warangal First Class District Magistrate Rapolu Anita has granted bail to Telangana State BJP president Bandi Sanjay, who is accused as A1 accused in the case of leaking Hindi question paper related to class 10 exams. Earlier, during arguments on Bandi Sanjay’s bail petition, as the judge postponed his decision three times, there was great excitement whether Bandi Sanjay Kumar would get actual bail or not. The suspense that has been going on for almost 8 hours has finally come to an end with the decision of the court.
Meanwhile, the court adjourned the custody petition filed by the Warangal Police seeking to hand over Bandi Sanjay to their custody without granting bail to Monday.
Bandi Sanjay was arrested by the Warangal Police on April 5 on charges of criminal conspiracy and malpractices, among others.
After being released from jail, Bandi Sanjay Kumar demanded that the state government inquire into the paper leak case with a sitting judge and Chief Minister KCR’ son and minister KTR should be expelled from the cabinet. Bandi Sanjay also claimed that the police commissioner did not know the difference between paper leak and malpractice.
The judicial magistrate court granted bail to Bandi Sanajy Kumar on furnishing a personal bond of Rs 20,000 with two sureties.
