The wife of film producer Bandla Ganesh‘s car driver died under suspicious circumstances. The police received a complaint that she was enraged by a dispute with her husband.
The incident in which the wife was forced to death in a dispute over chutney took place in Banjarahills PS. Ramana, who hails from Khammam district, married Banothu Chandana (25) two years ago.
Ramana works as a driver for film producer Bandla Ganesh. Chandana also works in a jewelery shop in the city. Both of them reside in an apartment in Banjara Hills Road No. 2, Indira Nagar.
A fight broke out between the two on Sunday night. While eating at home, Ramana quarreled with his wife over chutney. On Monday morning, after he went to work, his wife made several video calls. After this Chandana committed suicide by hanging herself at home.
Suspicious about his wife’s behavior, Ramana called the owner of the house and asked him to go to his house as soon as possible. With this, the owner broke the door with the help of the neighbors and entered inside, and she committed suicide. Husband Ramana has been detained by the police and is being interrogated. Chandana’s family members registered a case.
