BJP will announce the first list of candidates for Telangana election today. The party’s MP Laxman announced that the first list will be released with a total of 50 candidates. Moreover, out of these 50 people, BCs are being fielded in more than 20 positions. He said that this is a proof that BJP follows social justice in the selection of candidates. It is said that in the allotment of seats, women and BCs have been heavily favored.
BJP MP Laxman accused that BRS and Congress parties are looking at BCs as political slaves. Duyya said that they want their votes but they will not give them seats. He made it clear that the Bharatiya Janata Party is giving a big boost to the BCs in the assembly elections to be held in the state. He said that the exercise of selection of candidates in more than 50 seats from the state has been completed.
Duyya said that BRS is shedding crocodile tears in the matter of seats for women. It was alleged that Kavitha held dharnas in Delhi for the sake of women, but the party did not give seats to women. He expressed anger that BRS and Congress parties have sidelined women.
He explained that BJP is following social justice in the selection of candidates. It is stated that more than 20 seats have been allotted to BCs in the first phase.
He accused the Congress party of using and abandoning the BCs. Lakshman said that the board is looking into the matter of Rajasingh, who was suspended from the party.
