A man flashed his private parts at a woman passenger in a Delhi Transport Corporation -DTC bus in outer Delhi. The incident came to light when a video clip up went viral on social media.
Popular Twitter user named Ashwini Shrivastava was the 1st who highlighted the matter on social media as he posted a video of the incident on his Twitter and YouTube accounts that went viral.
Coming on the video, the woman whose face is blurred is heard that the male passenger was flashing his private parts by looking at her. The man claimed that marshal deployed in DTC bus is seen questioning the accused. The accused man is seen crying and revealing his name, native place as well as his profession.
DTC marshal introduces himself and gives out the details of this incident. He also said in the video that he called police and appropriate action will be taken by them.
The accused, whose face is visible in the video, is seen crying and he claims that he works as a footwear contractor in Vijay Vihar area in Delhi.
The accused was identified as Wasim from Bihar and the incident of the man doing obscene acts in temple was recorded in the CCTV footage. Wasim was arrested after the police checked the CCTV footage after receiving a complaint about the obscene act.
