TDP president Chandrababu Naidu, who was arrested in the skill development scam case, has approached the AP High Court seeking dismissal of the cases registered against him. Chandrababu Babu has stated in the petitions that the cases were registered against him with political malice.

TDP President Chandrababu Naidu has approached the High Court seeking relief from a series of cases filed against him. Hearing on the petitions filed by Chandrababu Naidu will be heard in the High Court today. It is mentioned in the petition that Chandrababu, who filed the quash petition in the skill development case, has associated his name with the political party.

On the other hand, CID approached the ACB court seeking 5-day custody as he was an accused in the Inner Ring Road case. ACB filed an anticipatory bail petition in the Amaravati Inner Ring Road case, suspecting that the court would allow it.

On the other hand, the ACB Court rejected the house remand petition filed on behalf of Chandrababu in the skill development case. Agreed with CID claims that jail is stronger than home. In this context, they approached the High Court seeking house remand.

TDP sources feel that it will be difficult to get bail now as the cases have been registered under IPC 409 in the skill development case. With this, they approached the court to impose house remand.

A 14-day remand has already been imposed in the skill development case, but it is suspected that the remand will continue in other cases even if bail is granted. On Tuesday, a petition was filed in the High Court seeking bail in the case registered by the AP CID in the matter of Rajdhani Master Plan and Inner Ring Road Alignment decision.
