TDP leader Chandrababu Naidu is facing successive shocks in skill scam. On Friday, the quash petition was dismissed. ACB court allowed Chandrababu’s custody. AP CID will interrogate him today and tomorrow. The court suggested that the trial should be conducted within the premises of Rajamahendravaram Central Jail. On the other hand, CID is ready to question for two days. By interrogating Chandrababu Naidu, it is expected to bring out more things in the scam.
The two-day trial will be held at Rajahmundry Central Jail. Saturday will be questioned from 9.30 am to 5 pm. An hour break is given in between for lunch. During the investigation, there will be a lawyer on behalf of both Chandrababu Naidu and CID. CID sources said that the investigation process will be conducted under the supervision of a DIG-level officer. Chandrababu Naidu will have a five-minute break every hour to consult a lawyer on his behalf. The court referred the same to the CID. The court made it clear that the trial should be recorded only with the videographer of the CID, the entire video should be submitted to the court in a sealed cover.
The authorities have prepared a room in Rajahmundry Central Jail for this investigation. The entire proceedings will be videotaped and submitted to the ACB court. Care is being taken not to release any photos or videos related to the investigation.
