Another turning point has taken place in the murder case of former minister YS Viveka. The local police have filed a charge sheet against Viveka’s daughter Sunitha Reddy and son-in-law Rajasekhara Reddy along with CBI SP Ramsingh in the Pulivendula court.
A charge sheet has been filed against Viveka’s daughter Sunitha Reddy and her husband Narredi Rajasekhar Reddy along with the CBI SP. Pulivendula Urban Police filed a charge sheet in the Pulivendula court on Friday. The police investigated the complaint given by Viveka PA Krishna Reddy and presented this charge sheet in the court.
This complaint was given by YS Viveka PA Krishna Reddy. He alleged that he was severely beaten in front of his sons in the CBI camp office when he was called for questioning. Moreover, it is stated that Viveka’s daughter and son-in-law as well as CBI SP Ram Singh put extreme pressure on him to give false evidence in this case. The complaint was given to Pulivendula police in November 2021.
Krishna Reddy approached the Pulivendula court as the police did not take action on his complaint. The court that heard his petition ordered the registration of the case. Police have registered cases against CBI SP Ramsingh, Sunitha and Rajasekhar Reddy on the orders of the court. The Pulivendula police have filed a charge sheet in the court with the details related to this.
