According to the complaint registered at the Mathura Nagar Police Station, a person named Nakka Vishnu Vardhan along with some of his close friends invested Rs 3 crore 21 lakh 34 thousand in Sai Surya Developers Green Meadows venture. The complaint stated that this investment was made on 14 acres of land in Shadnagar during April 2021. Vishnu Vardhan, along with his friends Dr Sudhakar Rao, Srikakulam Vittal Mahesh, Rajesh, Srinath, K Harish, Kotla Shashank, CH Ravi Kumar, K Prabhavathi, Venkat Rao, Krishna Mohan also invested in this venture. (Non-agricultural land) The agreement was made in the name of mortgage flats.
Vishnu Vardhan and Co said that the investment was made with the assurance that the plots would be registered after obtaining necessary permissions from HMDA. As the time passed, lack of proper information from the company made all the investors suspicious. As a result, when an inquiry was conducted at the Registration and Stamps Department, it was learned that all the mortgage plots related to their investment had gone in the names of financiers SRV & TNR Infra-Rajaram & VASGI Venkatesh without their knowledge.
Finally a cheating case has been registered against a real estate company promoted by Mahesh Babu. Vishnu Vardhan and his friends stated in the complaint that they have been silent for so many days because of the image of Sai Surya Developers and the promotion of Mahesh Babu.
