Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy released YSR Law Nestham funds through the state government to enable young lawyers to sustain themselves financially. Funds are credited to the accounts of the beneficiaries. The CM said that 2,677 deserving junior lawyers are being benefited.

CM Jagan said that this program has been going on for the last four years and this year, about 2,677 advocate sisters and brothers have been credited with Rs 6,12,65,000 in their accounts. He said that the La Nestham program will help them to stand on their feet.

Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy said that welfare schemes are being implemented in our state like no other state in the country. He said that a welfare trust has already been set up with Rs 100 crores for all the good things to happen to the advocates.

CM has released the first installment of ‘YSR Law Nestham’ financial incentive for the year 2023-24 in the accounts of 2,677 eligible young lawyers across the state at the rate of stipend of Rs 5 thousand per month.

He said that they are giving Rs 1.80 lakhs to each of them in three years, and because of this, they will be able to stand in the profession.
