TDP President Chandrababu Naidu’s cash petition is likely to be heard in the Supreme Court on Wednesday. CJ Chandrachud suggested to Chandrababu’s lawyer Luthra that mention should be made on Tuesday. But it seems that the hearing date has been finalized without the need for mention. The special leave petition filed in the Supreme Court is likely to be heard on Wednesday.

High Court dismissed Chandrababu Naidu’ cash petition in skill development case. Chandrababu Naidu challenged the High Court verdict in the Supreme Court. He filed a petition that he was arrested without the permission of the governor. A special leave petition was filed to strike out the case registered in skill development.

On the other hand, a hearing on the bail petition of TDP leader Chandrababu Naidu in the Angallu riots case will be held in the High Court today.  Chandrababu filed a petition seeking anticipatory bail in the case registered against him by the police. While going to visit the water projects, Babu is objecting to the inclusion of him as an accused in the clash between the two sides at Angallu. The petition stated that YCP workers threw stones at them. The petition stated that he was saved by the security personnel. Mudivedu police have registered a case against Chandrababu.

The hearing of the petition filed by the CID to remand TDP leader and former CM Chandrababu for another five days in the skill development case and the hearing of the petitions filed by Chandrababu’s lawyers to grant him bail has been postponed to Tuesday. Heated arguments were held in the Vijayawada ACB court on Monday on these petitions. The CID petitioned to remand Chandrababu for five days to get more information.
