Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, who entered films as the daughter of senior actor Sarath Kumar, entertained as a heroine in Kollywood. Later, she became an actress and became a villain. According to the latest information Varalaxmi Sarathkumar is involved in a drug case in Kerala.
On August 18, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) officials seized a large quantity of drugs and deadly weapons at Viinyam beach in Kerala. The NIA officials seized about 300 kg of heroin, one AK 47 rifle, 17 rounds of bullets and five 9mm pistols from the fishing boat named Shri Vignesh.
Varalakshmi Sarath Kumar’s former personal assistant Adilingam is the key accused in this drug case. With this, the NIA has issued orders to Varalakshmi Sarath Kumar to attend the inquiry to collect the details of the Adilingam. It is reported that the authorities will interrogate Varalakshmi Sarath Kumar at the Kochi office. A statement will be recorded about her relationship with Adilinga.
NIA officials are suspecting that Adilingam invested the money he earned through drugs in movies. It is reported that NIA will question Varalakshmi Sarath Kumar on this matter as well
Meanwhile, the NIA officials have registered a case against Varalakshmi Sarath Kumar XPA Adilingam and five other people under various sections.
