It is known that the AP High Court dismissed the quash petition filed by TDP chief Chandrababu in the skill development case. In this context, Chandrababu challenged the High Court verdict in the Supreme Court. On behalf of Chandrababu, his lawyers filed a petition in the Supreme Court. His lawyers stated in the petition that 17A applies to Chandrababu. The petition is likely to come up for hearing on Monday. On the other hand, CID officials are investigating Chandrababu in the skill development case.
