But, knowing the health benefits of garlic will definitely change this attitude of people. According to studies, garlic is good for reducing diabetes and cholesterol. That is, garlic completely removes bad cholesterol from the body. Garlic contains a compound called allicin, which is effective in reducing bad cholesterol in the body.

However, there are some ways to eat garlic. You will get the desired result only if you consume it in the same way. So let’s see how to eat garlic to reduce cholesterol.

Garlic and water: For this, crush 1 clove of green garlic every morning. Then drink it with 1 glass of water. The bad cholesterol accumulated in your body will disappear within days.
 
Honey and garlic: For this, cut 1 garlic into 4-5 small pieces. Then mix these pieces and a spoonful of honey well. Consume this mixture daily in the morning on an empty stomach. It helps in weight loss along with eliminating the acidity problem. 

Eat roasted garlic: Eating well roasted garlic helps in reducing bad cholesterol in your body easily. Roasted garlic is not only delicious but also helpful in relieving colds and coughs. 

Garlic oil  : Using garlic oil in cooking helps in weight loss and removes bad cholesterol from the body. But keep in mind that excessive use of this oil can harm your health.
