Godfather box office collections: Directed by Mohan Raja, GodFather is a political action film with Megastar Chiranjeevi, Salman Khan, lady superstar Nayanthara and Satyadev Kancharana in lead roles. Cinematographer Nirav Shah, editor Marthand K Venkatesh and Butta Bomma fame music composer S Thaman are part of the technical crew. According to the traders report, Chiranjeevi and Salman Khan starrer ‘Godfather’ has entered $1 million club at the US box office on Sunday. Thus becoming his third movie to achieve this feat after Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy and Khaidi No 150.
Mohan Raja’ magnum opus was released with premieres on Tuesday and it collected $319,131 from 240 locations. The following day the Chiranjeevi starrer raked in $165,284 from 266 locations. However, collections dropped on Thursday by raking in $115,276 from 270 locations. On Friday it collected $153,804 from 339 locations. On Saturday, Godfather grossed $196,894. On Sunday, it raked in $50,000 by noon to enter $1 million club at US box office.
On the otherside, Chiranjeevi starrer Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy has collected $2,608,115 and Khaidi No 150 has earned $2,447,043 in its full run at the USA box office.
Chiranjeevi will be next seen playing the lead role in Bhola Shankar.
