Mustard oil is very important in Indian cuisine. But when sunflower oil, rice bran oil etc came in,  the number of people using mustard oil has reduced a lot. It should be said that there are few people who use mustard oil in their daily diet. Mustard oil is used only for pickles and pickles. But according to nutritionists, just like using rice bran oil and sunflower oil, mustard oil can also be used daily. Doing so is said to be very beneficial for health. Mustard oil is extracted from mustard seeds. All the nutrients present in mustard are available in mustard oil.
