The working president of Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS), K.T. Rama Rao took to Twitter on Sunday to pour scorn on PM Modi the following day of his visit to Hyderabad to launch Ramanujacharya statue. KTR described Modi as an icon of partiality.
He wrote, “Icon of partiality unveiled Statue of Equality and irony just died a billion deaths”, on the Twitter. The TRS leaders and supporters had also raised the question of equality at the time of Modi’s visit. For neglecting the state’s long-delayed demands and also referring the past decisions, the TRS leaders condemned the BJP government at the centre and asked where is equality for Telangana.
After Union Budget 2022-23, KCR fulminated against Modi. Now also, KCR continued his same attitude and did not receive the Prime Minister on his arrival to the state. So, KCR allotted T.Srinivas Yadav as the minister-in-waiting to receive the Prime Minister in the place of him.
At the news conference held on February 1, KCR had launched a stream of abuse in opposition to Modi for disregarding Telangana as well as pursuing anti-alleged policies and taking hold of the state powers. To provide a third alternative, KCR decided to assemble anti-congress and anti-BJP parties at the national level.
