Indian 2 starring versatile actor Kamal Haasan is one of the most awaited movies of the South Indian Film Industry. Currently, the shoot is going on at the brisk pace in the direction of Shankar. Now a fake poster of Indian 2 that features Kamal Haasan in Senapthi avatar is going viral on social media. Finally the production house- Lyca Production has confirmed that Indian 2 Poster which is circulating online is not official.
The makers of Indian 2 said that neither the production house nor the director and team was involved in this Fake Poster.
One of the netizens named Raghul Copz said, “Fan-made posters are much better than the original Posters made or released by your side.” Muze said, “Who stamps this hard on a fan-made poster? Just a tweet calling it fake would have been more than sufficient!!” Koshik said,” Instead why don’t u share it proudly as FAN MADE? why don’t u share it proudly as FAN MADE ?”The fans of Kamal Haasan and the movie lovers are waiting for the updates.
Apart from Kamal Haasan, Indian 2 also has Kajal Aggarwal, Siddharth, Vivekh, Samuthirakani, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Vidyut Jammwal, Bobby Simha, Delhi Ganesh, and others in important roles. According to the grapevine, Kajal Aggarwal will play the wife of Senapathy, Amrithavalli in Shankar’s sequel to the 1996 blockbuster film Indian. The movie is being directed by Shankar and is bankrolled by Subaskaran under the banner of Lyca Productions whereas the music is composed by Anirudha Ravichander. On the technical front, Indian 2 will have the cinematograph by Rathnavelu and edited by the National Award-winning editor, Sreekar Prasad. National award-winning stunt choreographer Peter Hein has been roped in to oversee the action episodes.
The first poster of Indian 2, which marks the reunion of Shankar after two decades, was unveiled on the occasion of Pongal earlier this year.
