First, take a green tea bag and soak it well in 200 ml of hot water. Then take a mixing jar and add 1 cup of medium sized apple cut into it. Add a piece of grated ginger, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice to it. Add all the ingredients including the already prepared green tea water. Mix only after cooling well.

Then mix all the ingredients and grind them like a paste in a mixer. This prepared weight loss juice should not be filtered. Just pour it in a tumbler and drink it.
