Consuming spring onions has many health benefits. Even when we go to the market, we can see onions. Some like to get them and eat them. Health experts say that eating them has many health benefits.

However, eating raw onions can cause harmful bacteria called salmonella to grow in the intestines. Too much of it is not good. This can cause vomiting and diarrhoea. Onions are rich in fibre. It causes stomach discomfort. Constipation problems can occur if you eat a lot of raw onions. If you eat too much of green onions, its pungent smell can also cause bad breath. But eating less is good for health. It is best that you take it in moderation. It’s best to get enough of it without overdoing it. All told, it is much better to take spring onions instead of these. They are very tasty compared to these. Spring onions are easy to eat. Health experts say that using it in your food items will give you many benefits.
