As the time approaches for the general elections, BJP leadership has initiated radical changes in the party. As part of this, party presidents of many states have been changed.  BJP appointed Purandeshwari as AP president and Kishan Reddy as Telangana chief. On the other hand, senior Congress leader KVP Ramachandra Rao made interesting comments on handing over the responsibilities of AP to Purandeswari.

KVP said that he felt sorry for Purandeswari Daggubati. KVP demanded that Purandeswari should answer for what BJP has done.  He criticized the BJP for doing a lot of injustice to the two Telugu states. He said that BJP’s 0.48 vote share in AP will also be lost. At the same time, he also criticized TDP leader Chandrababu Naidu. Chandrababu was criticized as a non-committal leader. Chandrababu, who shared the stage with Rahul Gandhi and contested the elections with the Congress, said that he did not even open his mouth when Rahul Gandhi was facing criticism.

KVP said that Vangaveeti Ranga was a special favorite of YS Rajasekhara Reddy. He said that Ranga would fulfill the responsibilities assigned by Rajasekhara Reddy. He praised Ranga for making a strong foundation for the Congress in the state.

KVP praised that Vangaveeti Ranga has fulfilled the responsibilities assigned by Rajasekhar Reddy. Although he won as an MLA in 1985, he was martyred in the hands of anti-social forces.
