As the time approaches for the general elections, BJP leadership has initiated radical changes in the party. As part of this, party presidents of many states have been changed. BJP appointed Purandeshwari as AP president and Kishan Reddy as Telangana chief. On the other hand, senior Congress leader KVP Ramachandra Rao made interesting comments on handing over the responsibilities of AP to Purandeswari.
KVP said that he felt sorry for Purandeswari Daggubati. KVP demanded that Purandeswari should answer for what BJP has done. He criticized the BJP for doing a lot of injustice to the two Telugu states. He said that BJP’s 0.48 vote share in AP will also be lost. KVP said that Vangaveeti Ranga was a special favorite of YS Rajasekhara Reddy. He said that Ranga would fulfill the responsibilities assigned by Rajasekhara Reddy. He praised Ranga for making a strong foundation for the Congress in the state.
