Malkajgiri MLA Mainampalli Hanmantha Rao took a crucial decision. He announced that he is resigning from the BRS party. He revealed that he will soon announce which party he will join. He has released a video to this effect. It is known that Hanmantha Rao recently announced that Malkajgiri seat will be allotted to him and his son will be given a ticket from Medak, otherwise he will contest as an independent candidate. He also severely criticized Minister Harish Rao. Mainanampally’s comments were condemned by KTR and all the main leaders of the party.
Mainampalli was asked to contest the next assembly elections along with Malkaz Giri from Medak seats. But the BRS leadership refused. Only the seat of Malkazgiri has been allotted to Mynampally. Myanampally, who was hurt by this, announced that if BRS tickets are not given, they will contest as independents in two seats. Before that, they attacked Minister Harish Rao for making arrangements in Medak. BRS leadership took these comments seriously. Also issued show cause notices.
