ED was crossing its limits and violating rules in the name of questioning BRS MLC K Kavitha. It has been alleged that the investigation is not being conducted as per law.
Minister Jagadish Reddy spoke to the media in Suryapeta and criticized that the investigation is not going on according to the law. He alleged that the ED is working on the basis of BJP leaders’ ideas and their statements. It is a shame that the BJP political party is involved in the activities in the name of investigative agencies. BJP government has been under fire for abusing constitutional institutions and harassing political opponents. The ED officials are not following the rules while interrogating a woman.
Jagadish Reddy added that the Modi government has proved once again that it is capable of misusing the investigating agencies. The allegations levelled against MLC K Kavitha are false and politically motivated,
Jagadish Reddy added that he will expose the evil deeds of BJP, which is harassing women by blocking the loopholes in the law while respecting women’s rights. He made it clear that he would protect this country from BJP.
He concluded it by saying that BRS would give a fitting reply to Bharitya Janata Party- BJP in the coming days.
