If TDP general secretary Nara Lokesh is arrested, the reins of the party will go to his wife Nara Brahmani. Telugu Desam Party (TDP) politburo member Ayanna Patradu revealed this on Thursday. TDP organized a program at MVP Colony to protest Chandrababu Naidu’ arrest. Ayyanna Patrudu spoke to the media representatives on this occasion.
He said that there is information that Nara Lokesh will be arrested on his arrival in Rajahmundry from New Delhi. He said that the party leaders had discussed this matter in Delhi and Vijayawada. He said that Chandrababu is in jail, Lokesh is ready to go to jail and is trying to destroy TDP, which is not possible.
He said that there is no dearth of leaders in the Telugu Desam Party- TDP and the necessary Nara Brahmani will lead the party. He recalled that during Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy’s padayatra, the previous Telugu Desam government had built roads and provided two ambulances for protection. In return, he criticized Jagan Mohan Reddy for banning opposition rallies and protests.
He said that he was under house arrest for three days and was called to the police station and questioned. Ayyanna Patrudu said that the police have filed 15 cases against him. He said that he is ready to give his life for the party.
