Nara Lokesh will attend the hearing on the second day of the Inner Ring Road case. Lokesh, who is A14 in this case, was interrogated by the CID officials for six hours on Tuesday. The CID once again issued 41A notices and ordered them to appear for investigation on Wednesday as they felt that more in-depth questioning was required in this case. Nara Lokesh will come to the CID office in Tadepalli at 10 am.

On the other hand, along with Lokesh, former minister Narayana’s son-in-law Puneeth has also been called for the CID inquiry to be held on Wednesday. On Tuesday, Puneeth approached the High Court to quash the notices issued by the CID, but to no avail.

The High Court directed the CID to interrogate Narayan’s son-in-law Puneeth in the presence of a lawyer. It has been clarified that on the 11th, the inquiry should be conducted between 10 am and 5 pm and a lunch break of one hour should be given. To this extent, High Court judge Justice K. Srinivasa Reddy gave an order to this effect on Tuesday.

On Tuesday, Puneeth approached the High Court on the notice given by the CID to appear before them on the 11th of this month for the investigation in the ring road case. CID notices were requested to be struck. At the same time, if the authorities feel that investigation is necessary, they are asked to issue an order for questioning in the presence of a lawyer. The judge agreed and ordered the CID to conduct an investigation in the presence of a lawyer.

The CID suspects that financial transactions took place between Nara Lokesh and Puneeth in the case of Inner Ring Road lands. In this order, it seems that the two will be interrogated at the same place. It is being spread that there are possibilities of interrogating both of them on the cash transactions that took place during the ring road land alignment changes.
