Skylab is an upcoming film starring Satyadev Kancharana, Nithya Menen, and Rahul Ramakrishna in the lead roles, is being helmed by Vishvak Khanderao and he has also written the screenplay and dialogues.
Aditya Javvadi is the cinematographer, Raviteja Girijala is handling the editing, Prashant R Vihari is the music composer and Nagarjuna Thallapalli and Dhanush Nayanar are taking care of the sound design department. Today the makers of Skylab released the trailer and it is impressing the movie lovers. Set in the 70s, the comedy is based on a real incident. The Telugu film will see Nithya Menen in the role of a journalist in search of her big breaking news.
The way three characters played by Satyadev, Nithya Menen, and Rahul Ramakrishna are connected through a Skylab raises curiosity. Set in the Andhra Pradesh village of the Banda Lingampally, Skylab unfolds in the year 1979, when National Aeronautics and the Space Administration’s space station by the same name crashed on earth. Nithya Menen is playing the role of Gauri, a zamindar’s daughter who aims to create her own identity. She works for a magazine Prathibhimbham, in Hyderabad and she is on the lookout for her big story.
On the otherside, Nithya Menen will be seen playing the female lead in Bheemla Nayak starring Power Star Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati.
