NTR biopic is being bankrolled by Nandamuri Balakrishna, Sai Korrapati Ranganatha, Vishnu Induri under NBK Films, Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram, Vibri Media banners. The film has the music by
M. M. Keeravani.
Vidya Balan is playing NTR’s wife Basavatarakam in NTR biopic. The film which is based on actor-politician Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao’s life, is scheduled to release on January 9 next year. The biopic also features Baahubali and Ghazi fame Rana Daggubati, who will be seen playing the role of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.
NTR Kathanayakudu went on floors in March this year. Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu, was also present at the launch of the film in Hyderabad. Bollywood trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared BTS pictures on his Twitter posts. In the pictures, Nandamuri Balakrishna, was seen dressed as Duryodhana from NTR’s 1977 film Daana Veera Soora Karna.
NTR Kathanayakudu is one of the most anticipated films of 2019. NTR featured in over 250 films and he had won 3 National Awards as an actor as well as a producer for Thodu Dongalu,Seetharama Kalyanam and Varakatnam.
