Officials said this is the 2nd major explosion in Mustang this month. Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazal leader Hafiz Hamdullah was injured in the recent blast.
No group immediately claimed responsibility for this attacks, from which death toll could climb, with many people seriously injured and others having been trapped beneath the wreckage.
