Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Warangal. He reached Hakimpet Airport in Hyderabad from Delhi at 9.20 am. Governor Tamilisai and Union Minister Kishan Reddy welcomed the Prime Minister at the airport. After that, he left for Warangal directly in an Indian Air Force helicopter. His helicopter was followed by two other helicopters. In Warangal, Narendra Modi first visited Goddess Bhadrakali and offered prayer.
This is a PM Modi’s 3rd visit this year to Telangana state. He earlier visited Telangana in the month of January and April. Newly appointed state BJP president and Union Minister G Kishan Reddy along with senior leaders left for Warangal today to oversee the arrangements for Modi’ programmes.
After that he will reach Warangal Arts and Science College. There Rs. 6,100 crore worth of works will be laid. These include wagon manufacturing industry to be built in Kazipet, Warangal – Manchiryala national highway widening works, Jagityala – Karimnagar – Warangal inter corridor works. Later, Modi will participate in the public meeting held there. Arrangements have been made so that only 8 people including Modi along with Governor Tamilisai, Union Ministers Nitin Gadkari, Kishan Reddy and CM KCR can sit on the stage. On the other hand, it is known that Chief Minister KCR is away from Modi’s visit.
