Ponniyin Selvan Box office collections: Mani Ratnam’ magnum opus Ponniyin Selven starring Kollywood superstar Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, and Shankar among others. Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Chiyaan Vikram, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Trisha Krishnan received highly mixed reviews upon its release yet it managed to hit the 400 crore mark globally. As per the latest update, the film has earned 233.90 crores nett from all languages/276 crores gross (all languages) in India after the successful run of 15 days. In overseas, it has fetched 143 crores gross so far. The overall worldwide collection now stands at 419 crores gross. The movie is also doing well in Telugu states. According to Jeevi, Ponniyin Selvan has collected around $10 crores at the box office of both Telugu states- Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in 15 days.
