PCC President Revanth Reddy accused the KCR family of looting the state, which the people of Telangana fought for as one. He said that Singareni workers are a decisive force in 15 assembly constituencies in Telangana and if the Congress party wins, the problems will be solved.
A large number of workers participated in the meeting held on Thursday morning at 1 Incline Gate in Bhupalapalli. MLA Sridhar Babu, Madhuyashki, Ponguleti and Gandra Satyanarayana Rao participated in this meeting.
Revanth Reddy used to remind the Singareni workers that the man claiming to be Telangana’s Gandhi had deceived the people of Mahabubnagar by saying that he would fight heroically in the Parliament. He reminded that JAC was formed under the chairmanship of Kodandaram if KCR sought shelter for the necessary activities for the achievement of Telangana at Jana Reddy’s house when the political parties failed to achieve Telangana.
He said that with the formation of JAC, people from all sections, from RSS to RSU, from CPI to BJP, united and raised the slogan of Telangana to the Centre. He said that the state government has completely forgotten the sacrifices of Singareni who stood at the forefront of Telangana state achievement by stopping coal production during the strike of all the people. They said that they would not be able to see the state of Telangana if they do not participate in the strike of all the people and stop coal production.
Revanth questioned why the KCR government is lagging behind in solving the workers’ problems. The workers are not asking for what Gontemma wants, they are only asking for rights, they are not asking for what is impossible, and the reason is that Genco has not made payments for Singareni’s losses.
