The Congress, which eyes making a comeback in Telangana State riding on 6 guarantees in this year’s assembly elections, asserted that the ‘divisive politics’ followed by PM Narendra Modi with ‘outside support’ from CM KCR and MIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi will not work in Telangana in the coming polls.
TPCC president Revanth Reddy clarified that the six guarantees announced by Sonia Gandhi will be implemented within 30 days of coming to power. He said that Sonia Gandhi kept her guarantee of Telangana in 2004. He reminded that despite the loss to the party, the promise was kept.
Revanth Reddy said that BRS and MIM parties are supporting BJP from outside. Sonia, Rahul, Mallikarjuna Kharge and other top leaders will directly reach the public meeting after the second day of CWC meetings at Hyderabad Taj Krishna Hotel. The state leadership has made arrangements to move ten lakh people to the Congress Vijayabheri Sabha. Sonia Gandhi will release the Congress manifesto for the upcoming Assembly elections in this House. A guarantee card of 6 guarantees will be released.
