Telangana CM Revanth Reddy is leaving to Delhi today. The sources say that Revanth Reddy will participate in a crucial Congress Working Committee meeting to be held in Delhi. Along with the party high command, the chief ministers and key leaders of the Congress ruled states will attend this meeting.
The general elections to be held in 2024 will be discussed mainly in this meeting. The Congress leaders are going to discuss about the parliamentary elections and the strategies to be followed. A review will be conducted on the results of the recently held five state elections. Allotment of MP seats and alliances in Parliament elections will be discussed. Congress Working Committee – CWC meeting will be held at the AICC office at 3 pm. Revanth Reddy, who won the Congress party in Telangana state, will be a special attraction in this meeting.
Along with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy from Telangana, state affairs in-charge Manik Rao Thackeray, AICC secretary Vamsichand Reddy and minister Damodara Rajanarsimha will participate in Congress Working Committee – CWC meeting. Actually Revanth Reddy wanted to hold the conference with the District Collectors today. However, the program was postponed due to CM’ visit to Delhi.
This will be Revanth Reddy’s third visit to New Delhi after swearing in as the Chief Minister.
