The issue of cancellation of voters in Andhra Pradesh is becoming controversial. YCP adviser Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy held a meeting with the party leaders and advised them to focus on removing sixty lakh stolen voters in AP. All the party leaders are called to work hard to remove sixty lakh stolen voters. Whether this removal has already started is being disputed. It is said that the process of removing voters will be done with volunteers.

Suspicions are being formed that Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy has concluded that all those who did not vote for YCP are fraudulent voters and are withdrawing votes. Those who cast votes for TDP are being identified.

There are criticisms that the Election Commission- EC is not taking any action but committing large-scale irregularities in favor of the YCP by removing only the votes of the opposition parties. It is alleged that no action has been taken against those who cross the line, apart from giving instructions not to hand over voter registration and any election duties to volunteers. There are alarming situations where lakhs of people are worried that their vote has been lost during the next elections. In the last Telangana pre-election, up to 20 lakh votes were lost.
