Police have arrested 2 people who were selling steroids in a gym in Hayat Nagar of the city. The police found that steroids were being sold without a doctor’s prescription. Police arrested Balaji Dharmaji and Prasad Gulab Rao. The police said that both of them were working in two private hospitals in Hayat Nagar.
Police seized 30 injunctions and mobile phones from the accused. Based on accurate information, the police raided both of them and seized the steroids. Police found that steroids available for Rs 250 are being sold for more than 1000 rupees.
The accused believed that if they used steroids along with workouts in gyms for their body fitness, they would get quick results. The accused planned to earn a large amount in a short period of time by selling steroids. Steroids are marketed to gym goers. The police have been monitoring this matter for some time. The attack was carried out yesterday after knowing the exact information about the sale of steroids. Police have arrested two accused. The police are also investigating the hospitals where these two accused worked.
