A tragic incident took place in Yadadri district where a woman lost her life after being bitten by a pet dog. This incident proves that if you ignore dog bite, you have to pay a heavy price. A married woman lost her life because she was bitten by a pet dog. The incident took place in Aleru of Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district, Telangana.
According to the details known to the victim’s family members, Elagandula Raju and Jyoti (40) from Aleru are raising a dog with them. Recently pet dog bite Jyoti. She neglected to vaccinate the dog that they had raised. Jyoti’s health condition worsened due to dog bite. Later she started barking like a dog. The family members took Jyoti to the government hospital. As her health deteriorated further, she was admitted to a private hospital in Hyderabad for better treatment. But she died on Monday while undergoing treatment. The doctors said that Jyoti lost her health due to neglecting that she had house dog and not taking the vaccine on time. It is suggested to consult a doctor immediately after a dog bite.

Clean with a drop or two of hydrogen peroxide liquid. In case of severe injuries, go to the doctor immediately. Because if deep wounds are left untreated there is a risk of spreading other disease.
