Key decisions were taken in the TPCC general meeting. In a meeting chaired by President and CM Revanth Reddy at Indira Bhavan in Hyderabad on Wednesday, 3 resolutions were proposed. AICC passed a resolution congratulating Telangana in-charge Deepadas Munshi.  Revanth Reddy announced that a second resolution was passed congratulating Manik Rao Thackeray who worked hard to bring Congress to power in Telangana. He said that a unanimous resolution was passed asking Sonia Gandhi to contest from Telangana state in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

The party, led by TPCC president and Chief Minister  Revanth Reddy, aims to secure victory in at least 12 out of the 17 Parliamentary constituencies in upcoming polls.

Speaking on this occasion, Revanth Reddy said that the six guarantees given to the people will be implemented. He said that it is their responsibility to identify those who have worked hard for the party as soon as possible. He criticized that BRS has looted Telangana like wild pigs in sugarcane plantations.

Revanth Reddy reacted sharply to BJP President Kishan Reddy’s comments on Kaleshwaram. Kishan Reddy’s income has been reduced. That is why Kishan Reddy is asking for a CBI inquiry on Kaleshwaram. He clarified that a judicial inquiry will be conducted on Kaleshwaram corruption.  He accused the BJP and BRS of looting Telangana together in the name of the project.
