Alcohol consumption: Both men and women who drink excessively before are likely to face fertility problems. It affects the menstrual cycle of women. This leads to irregular periods. It reduces the chances of pregnancy. Otherwise, alcohol has a negative effect on the quality and quantity of men’s sperm. It reduces the chance of pregnancy.

Poor diet: A healthy diet is essential for our overall health, including reproductive health. Eating foods that are low in nutrients, high in processed foods, and high in sugar can lead to fertility problems.  It also disrupts the menstrual cycle. It also reduces the quality of eggs and sperm.

Lack of exercise: Regular exercise will keep your weight under control. Being overweight or obese can cause hormonal imbalance. This reduces the chances of pregnancy. Exercise also increases blood flow to the reproductive organs. It is essential for fertility.
