Bharat Jodo Yatra’s Mandya leg has churned out many viral moments, with Rahul Gandhi tying the shoelaces of his mother and Congress chief and mother Sonia Gandhi being one of them. In yet another viral moment shared by the Congress on Twitter, Rahul Gandhi is seen holding former Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’ hand and making him run with him.
It is known that the Congress president Sonia Gandhi joined her son Rahul Gandhi on his Bharat Jodo Yatra in Karnataka recently. A interesting moment caught on camera was shared by many party leaders.
The video showed Rahul Gandhi kneeling at his mother Sonia Gandhi’ feet, helping her tie her shoelaces. Once the laces were secured, both- mother and son continued on their march.
The pic was shared by the Congress Twitter handle with the caption: “Ma”.
On the otherside, a video is also going viral in which 75-year-old Siddaramaiah and other Congress leaders are seen walking right next to Rahul Gandhi during the march. Then suddenly, Rahul Gandhi catches hold of Siddaramaiah and starts run. Both sprinted for around 18 seconds together.
Sonia Gandhi, also participated in a public event after a long time, walked a short distance, surrounded by a crowd of slogan-chanting party workers, before getting into the car.
