Use good oils: Most of the cholesterol we get is from the oils we eat. So the oils should be healthy. Doctors suggest to use mostly olive oil. It is high in mono-saturated fat. Many studies have been done on its use. A study of over 800,000 people who used olive oil showed a significant reduction in the risk of heart disease. They also say that the use of coconut oil in food should be increased. This is said to increase appetite and metabolic rate. It is said to improve brain health. It is suggested not to indulge in refined oils.

Eat less carbs: Following a ketogenic diet that is low in carbohydrates, high in protein , and high in good fats can increase good cholesterol in the body. In addition, studies have shown that HDL levels decrease in people who eat more carbohydrates.

Exercise daily: Eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly can prevent heart disease. 

Keeping weight under control: We should make sure that we carry only enough weight for our height. For that, attention should be paid to both diet and exercise.
