A gruesome incident has come to light in Jangameshwara village of Palnadu district in Andhra Pradesh. YSRCP activist Kunireddy Krishnareddy was brutally murdered. TDP leaders were hacked to death with axes and hunting knives. Kunireddy Krishnareddy works actively in YSRCP. His murder created a commotion throughout the district.
Due to this, a heavy police presence was made to prevent a tense atmosphere. It is reported that the police has deployed three special teams to catch the killers who killed Krishna Reddy. Krishna Reddy’s dead body was kept at Gurjala Government Hospital.
The deceased was a supervisor of a government wine shop in village Pulipadu. Locals said that Krishna Reddy was killed by about five masked opponents and sprinkled pepper in his eyes. The police have registered a case and are investigating whether the murder was political or for other reasons. Police picketing was arranged in Jangamaheswaram village, a factional village in Gurjala mandal, to prevent any untoward incident.
