India is reaping the harvest of medals in the Asian Games. So far India has won 30 medals. Out of these, she won 8 gold, 11 silver and 11 bronze medals. India won five more medals as part of this. Telangana girl Esha Singh has won an individual silver medal in the Asian Games. In the women’s 25m pistol team event, Telangana’s Bidda Esha Singh’s team won the gold medal, while Esha Singh won the silver medal individually.
Telangana CM KCR congratulated Esha on this achievement. He praised Esha Singh as the pride of Telangana. He extended his heartiest congratulations to all the Telangana sportsmen. Eshasingh’s team won the gold medal for India with 1759 points. She showed her strength.
He said that the Telangana government always encourages talented people and is working for the development of sports. He appreciated that Telangana sportspersons are excelling in national and international sports fields and it is all due to their talent. He hoped to win more medals in the future and enhance the reputation of the state.
18-year-old Esha Singh is the daughter of Sachin Singh and Srilatala. Born in Hyderabad, Esha Singh also dabbled in sports such as go-karting, badminton, tennis and skating before shooting. After seeing the shooting range at Gachibowli Stadium, she showed interest in shooting and chose it as a career and excelled. The silver medal she won individually in the Asian Games held in China is proof of her talent.
